KICK OFF THE 2025 TRIATHLON SEASON WITH SITT (Southern Indiana Triathlon Team)
Who: Returning team members, New Team members, and anyone wanting to learn more about triathlons
What: Train, OWS Swim certify, Learn about SITT and Triathlons
When: Sat March 8 9:00 -11:00am.
Where: Deaconess Aquatic Center
Turn right upon entering the building to use locker rooms on the right side of building.
(This is pending that a lifeguard is available*)
We will have a brief intro to the team and the year’s upcoming events. If you are new to triathlon, come talk with some advanced beginners who were recently in your shoes, and/or meet and greet with some “experienced team pros”. Need to get in your day’s swim training? Come do it with your teammates.
Want to get your swim certification completed for open water swim training this summer? come do it.
And in true triathlon fashion, after some hard work and/or play, enjoy some treats with the team. Hope you can join in the fun!
You do not need to be a DAC member to come to this event. Swim or just visit—your choice.

*There is a swim competition going on this same day in the competition pool. We will be in the recreational pool area. This event is pending lifeguard availability, which will be confirmed on Monday, but we wanted to get it on your radar and calendars .
